Items which are not available at the Wright Institute or at UC Berkeley may be borrowed from other institutions via Interlibrary Loan.  If the Library has a reciprocal arrangement with the target library, there will be no charge.  The Library has such arrangements will all of the NCCPL member libraries.  Other libraries charge a variety of fees, and the borrowing time also varies according to the location of the institution and their individual policies.
